The climate and the landscape allow the land to produce truly exceptional raw materials, which then become ingredients for unique products and extraordinary recipes.We have already nominated the DOP extra virgin olive oil of Garda, elegant and balanced, as well as many aromatic wines ... but there are also many other products that deserve praise:citrus fruits (lemons, oranges, bergamot, mandarins and lime), preparation base also for liqueurs and special sweets;the truffle of Monte Baldo and from the eastern Morainic hills of Garda, very fragrant, with a strong and unmistakable taste;the many cheeses, the result of a centuries-old cheese tradition, seasoned and fresh as the Formaggella di Tremosine, Tombea, Rosa Camuna, Silter and Casolet;the lake fish, with a constantly increasing fish heritage, we name the trout and the carpione;the distillates, in particular the grappa in the 100% natural version and flavored with herbs, berries, fruit and roots of plants.
